Keyword rules first, AI second

Classifying 'write me a cover letter' doesn't need an AI model, it needs a keyword list. Rule-based matching is instant, costs nothing, and is right often enough that calling a model for it would be wasteful.

AI classification is the fallback for the ambiguous cases: prompts that don't clearly signal a category through vocabulary alone. That's where a model earns its keep.

The result is a router that's fast by default and smart when it needs to be.
